Sean Begley

Winner of the Bray Comedy Festival Best New Act 2018 and shortlisted for RTÉ Stand Up and Be Funny 2019, Galway’s Seán Begley recently made his Electric Picnic debut performing comedy through Irish with Gaelgáirí. 

He spent lockdown as a regular contributor to Dave's Dad Jokes on TodayFM’s Dermot and Dave Show, and his cartooning featured in both the Galway Cartoon Festival and the Croatian International Cartoon Exhibition. He returned to stand up last year with a tour of his first solo show, the acclaimed 'Tragic', which sold out at multiple venues.
